Dr. Donny W. Suh, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Suh invented the Precision Syringe based on his experience performing over 10,000 retinal injections. He is Chief of Pediatric Ophthalmology at UC Irvine, a published clinical researcher, and the lead author of the peer-reviewed study validating the syringe’s 21% accuracy improvement. Dr. Suh leads clinical validation, KOL development, and physician training.
Adrian Blake, CEO
Adrian leads strategy, fundraising, and commercial partnerships at Precision Syringe. His career spans management consulting at McKinsey & Company (London and Los Angeles), private equity performance improvement, and medical device commercialization. Adrian holds a degree from Harvard College and an MBA from the Wharton School, and serves as an Elected Director of the Harvard Alumni Association.
Ken Kleinhenz, VP Regulation and Manufacturing
Ken spent 20+ years at Becton Dickinson, where he served as Chief Microbiologist and led regulatory affairs for syringe and needle product lines globally. He has guided 50+ successful FDA submissions including 510(k) clearances, PMA approvals, and international registrations (CE Mark, Japan). Ken oversees FDA strategy, manufacturing scale-up, quality systems, and sterilization for Precision Syringe.
